Past Mod Experience: Been a mod in a few forums in the past. I have been an admin of a few forums and still run a few today so I know the experience of being a mod and admin.

Why Should You be Staff: I do understand and recognize the responsibility of such a position. I myself have had past experience of being a mod/admin so I know what it is like. I will try and make this as brief as I can...
First of all, I notice the lack of staff within the forum, and I hear the members complain on the shout box that the forum is inactive. Now if that is the case there are possibly many reasons and I am very sure that one reason is because there is only one staff member. Members of the forum look up to a leader or those in higher positions to do what is best for the forum and to lead it forward. It's hard for one staff member to constantly stay active and be looked upon to keep the crowds happy and to keep the forum rolling forward. Which is why you may need help in doing so which is why I offer my experience, skills and services to you to help out and keep this forum on the track. The leader is a figure which boosts the hopes and spirit of the people. With another member of a high position, there can only be more confidence.
Now I know I am not perfect, none of us are for it is absolutely impossible for one to be perfect. I have made many mistakes before in the past but I have kept a forum going for as long as I can. Overall I consider myself more of a leader, I may not be able to do much advertising or coding, for I am a leader figure who organizes and governs. I take the members views into consideration, for they are the ones who make up the forum, and I sometimes take an elitist view to do whatever seems best for the forum. I will not be a harsh dictator but I will be firm and keep order when necessary. I have always respected and believed in the freedom of the individual and promoted freedom, individualism but there are times when I take a view where order should be kept. (Sorry I don't want to start getting into my philosophy.) So I will promote both the freedom of the individual and order to keep things free and fair. Not only this but I shall advice you, which you can consider, plus seek to conserve and change to benefit the forum. I would much rather promote individualism, so the individual member can benefit themselves.
Overall this is why I feel I should have a staff position. Ok I have said enough, but I do have some more points. If you ant any more information then you can inform me and I will answer you what you need to know. And that goes for anyone else who is interested and have questions. Thank you for your time.
