Short Bio: Hiroshi Otsuka is a young man who is a Pokemon Watcher, also contributing a bit in the fields of Pokemon Breeding. His hometown is Saffron City, where he had resided there with his uncle for about the first 13 years of his life. He had always liked pokemon, even if most of them did frighten him a great deal. His first pokemon, ironically, had been a Ghastly. It had all occurred on a lit up night, the ghastly itself was wandering the city, alone, in hopes of an companion to play with. Hiroshi, unfortunately, had been browsing, at the same time, around the cities many shops. Eventually his want to stay out in the city slowly died, and he decided to make his way home. No sooner than he made his decision did the ghastly spot him, making a spectacle of itself by rushing playfully, or rather violently, into Hiroshi. Hiroshi fell on his knees, his palms becoming scraped from the rough pavement, and looked up. As soon as he spotted the Ghastly, whom was laughing in a innocently macabre way, he began crying. The ghastly hastily stopped its laughter, now trying to calm Hiroshi down with foolish antics. A bit after watching Ghastly's acts, Hiroshi slowly stopped crying. Instead letting out soft chortles. From then on, Ghastly had become his knew pokemon and his motivation to start his own journey had begun. A year later, he left home and went on his way to become a pokemon researcher.
Other: Hiroshi can be described as being not but an absolute Milksop, not to mention incredibly meek. His emotions are fragile ones, whimpering and cowering in fear at the mere notion of violence or anger supplied from another. He is indeed a pushover, obeying anyone, heroic or evil, without argument. However he himself knows from wrong and right. He does, in dire circumstances, help others with his pokeman. However, it usually results in failure. But hey, he's got heart.
