Appearance:
Azeal has long green hair, going down to his neck, it turns white just at the ends. He wears a black leather suit, with two belts going around his torso in an X shape, and he also has a small badge over his heart which shows the letters PLF (Pokemon League Federation) He has military boots at a special Black and Silver Poketch from Sinnoh, which unlike the standard version shows a map of the planet.
Short Bio:
Azeal was once a staff member of the Pokemon League Federation (The company the owns and runs all the Pokemon League Stadiums.) and an administrator of the Elite Battle Tower Stadium in a faraway region which is limited to access known as Tadeo.
There he created virtual environments, even a fake Arceus that went wild and ended up destroying several cities in Northern Tadeo, through there are few news reports because the PLF’s region does not allow Media access. After the PLF found out that he had done this intentionally to take them over and the region, they shut down the tower and took all his money to pay off the resulting debts.
Now he wanders the central regions with his computer and partner Pokemon, Sol (an Umbreon), which he created using Virtual data, so his Pokemon isn’t real, but it was originally an Eevee at some point then evolved later on. It’s now real as any other Pokemon, but it consider a Data Pokemon or Viral/Virtual because of computer glitch.
Other:
His Umbreon was created using computers, which turned a virtual Pokemon originally designed as practice for trainers into a real Pokemon, it carries a laser katana on it’s back which is usually sheathed, it can cut through certain things, but it can cause wounds on humans or Pokemon.
